He was a fair midfielder at this level but the fact that no premier league club came in for him tells you something. He wanted to go so don't see what all the fuss is. We've lost better players than him over the years. The only downside for me is that he's gone to a potential rival. Hopefully the funds will go towards a decent centre half.
