I'm sad

He didn't set the world alight but he is - was - one of our more technical players who might have suited the new system quite well. I also don't want to lose Jonny, though I agree with those who are saying we've probably had his best years. Yes he could be inconsistent but on his day he was/is a class player.

I'm still antsy for news on our defence. We scored enough last term but we shipped too many. It's not the exciting half of the pitch we need to be focusing on. Harrison Ford is an interesting signing but who sits behind him? I'd like to think that Klose will remind us why we were so excited when he signed under the new leadership but who is next to Timmay and who are our fullbacks (I guess Pinto with Russ as backup on the right but who on the left?)
