the players have not pulled their weight

that is partly their fault and partly the managers. The players can;t be sacked though and were signed by the manager. The chairmen I mentioned have changed managers when necessary and moved the club forwards. Our board would rather go for a meal with NW than ostracise him by sacking him. The board have acted disgracefully by bleating about togertheness despite the fact that they are on their own defending their friend. They are tearing the club apart.
