Farke & Webber clearly have a plan on how they see us playing...

The recruitment of Reed yesterday really does show this, I'd not heard about him before yesterday but from what I read (some scouting reports & Saints fans comments) I like the sound of him...

Whilst it's not as simple as this it's almost like we have a defensive unit (Reed, Tettey from the Midfield) and an attacking unit (Vrancic, Pritch, Wes from the midfield).

IMO we had a squad more than capable of top 4 last season the players just didn't know what their jobs were & obv didn't have faith in AN.

Clarity over roles, desire & skill are essential and last year sadly we only had the last of these...

People (fans & players) need to buy into a plan / project this is what we have and i'm on board.
