I can't believe you prefer aspalls Jumbo, That's shocking, haven't heard officially, there again i haven't taken out a grievance yet but i have spoken to my manager about it,i hate it because i really like her and don't want to create a problem but i know other care companies pre empted this law and made workers set offers for Back pay and night shift sleep in rates and believe me, our place is one of the most difficult to work at so I'd want more. I'm trying to forget about it until after I've had a fortnight off tbh because I can't take other grievances into this job as it's too hard, but it's not nice to disrespected like that by your own management hierarchy.
