Yep. I think it would be huge over the next 3-7 years if we became known as a team

which gave youngsters games.

Huge draw when trying to get sought after youths. Huge motivator for young lads in youth team. Huge motivator for lads in and around squad. Graft and show something, you'll get plenty of first team games.

OK, you need some older heads in there, but I'd like to see a team with at least 3 or 4 homegrown lads in there every week
