I would say this, I guess, but it's so irrational.
I remember a while back having some bloke give me a punishment pass so close his wing mirror virtually brushed me. My crime was creeping (really, less than walking pace) over a red light when there was nobody else about early one morning. He was about 250 metres behind and clearly saw me. Had I been a pedestrian I would have walked over the light; would he have chased me on the pavement? Of course not. Yet he felt the need to risk causing me serious injury. I caught him at the next light, his window was down so he was ready - as soon as I spoke, "I didn't see you, like you didn't see that red light!" and off he went. I was so shocked and angry I didn't even get his reg. I can feel my blood pressure rising now just thinking about it.
