Surprised Watford are about to sign Will Hughes from Derby for £8m

I would say that's a good selling price for Derby. Maybe Silva can see something I haven't so far - he's a decent young player, but hasn't really lived up to his potential. Educated at one of the poshest public (=private) schools in northern England.
