ADVICE PLS ON HOW I AM TO CONQUER THIS BARRIER.
Do I need better running fuel?
I'm not minded, or able, to do more than 1 run a week.
I can only run in eveningtimes so might have a crack at 6k tonight.
I try and run 2 hours after my tea, but still get stichey after 1mile.
