A special Bwodday gin cocktail

Equal measures gin, limoncello and either tonic or soda/fizzy water; the gin and limoncello straight from the freezer and the tonic/water straight from the fridge.

Ice if you like but I prefer without on this occasion - the stuff's cold enough just as it is. Some like it a bit "longer" but honestly I tend to use a little less tonic than either gin or limoncello and it's "well lush", as the youngsters have it.
