just like when the government will out source anything that it comes down to money. look at ANY out sourced companies which are run for profit that yet again the ppl at the bottom of the scale will miss out with regards health and or safety?

this has been going on for f**king years with regards all utilities and in fact anything you choose to choose.

it comes down to brainwashing and an acceptance of the status quo that in this country that money rules and that no f**ker gives a chuff about real people, not just what has happened this week but in general about ANYONE in this country with regards their own safety.
