Seeing the images of the fire and how it spread it seems inevitable that

someone has screwed up here. They have just re-clad the exterior of the building and it looks from the pictures like the fire spread really quickly up the building and you wonder if there is some kind of link there.

Reading the local residents group comments about the management association and their fears about a risk of fire then its clear that something like this happening was feared by local residents.

If there were 130 flats in there then there must have been loads of people trapped on the upper floors.
