Frankie McAvoy.............c an some kind person enlighten me please

as to why on earth he is remaining at the Club under the new regime? He came to Carrow Road as a sort of thuggish foil to Alex Neil but has done nothing in his time as a coach to display any exceptional ability and is probably equally as much to blame for City's hopefully past failings. AN will presumably want FA as his number two when he takes his next job so why are we continuing to waste our time with him? Sorry Frank but I think that really is about it!
