...and not having UKIP MPs earlier is partly why we are in this Brexit mess.

I don't think they would be nearly so influential if the Brexit loonies were in their own fringe party rather than in the Tory party.

As it is that 'ignored' section of the electorate grew and developed a momentum all of it's own sadly.
