Raw Police numbers has much less affect on the number of Police people see around because of the 3-4 shift system worked by most forces, surely you understand that.

All the experts have said that Police number have little or no bearing on the recent attacks, so why use a red herring to make the argument.

Guess you've never been a cop or you would understand the point?
