Thing is now that they are just using cars/vans and knives there is

not likely to be much evidence if any plans for an attack.

Its not like when they might be researching how to make bombs on the internet or buying components for a bomb.

Very difficult as you can't watch all these guys 24 hours a day but I guess MI5 is going to have to try and infiltrate these groups more regularly with undercover operatives and maybe take a harder line on any kind of promotion of ISIS.
