Hiding amongst innocent people who are being given a bad name and so playing into terrorists hand. Dividing.

Should not have let 400 people back in after fighting in Syria and only put 1 on a Terror Watch list .

Could round up the 27k that are suspected terrorists and interrogate them, search their houses etc but then that's probably against their human rights. It would wipe out a lot of the killers though.
