I got stopped on the North Circular with an IKEA sofa on the roof of my Golf.

We had the sunroof open and Mrs AC has holding on to one of the two straps securing it to the roof. Mr Plod was very nice and followed us back home. In those days I liked to think you could take the boy out of Norfolk...
