Personally I would have thought that the levels of the charges are such that its bordering on an unfair contract term but i'm not an expert in this area and I've also not seen your contract. I would also think that someone would have taken them to court on the point by now and if they had won then it would be common knowledge so your options may be limited.

Worth looking at the thread on the supposed loophole if they have increased any of your charges recently and that gives you a get out?
