Udders starting from Avery different place than us though

Fair play to them, they made it work and punched above their weight.

We do not need to handicap ourselves trying to imitate them so I hope that is not what we try to do and what we see is a blend of the quality we already have with a bit more hunger.

I don't subscribe to the "massive overhaul needed" camp. All they actually needed to do was sack the sh*t manager earlier and we'd have probably made the top 6. Now we will no doubt be told we need to be patient due to the "massive overhaul" being undertaken in part to cover up the boards failings last season.
