alongside an oversized salad with lots of kidney beans, shredded cabbage and chilli flakes.

Fruit salad. Greek yoghurt. Coffee.

Now unnecessarily eating box of Graze Punchy Protein Nuts. What have they done to make them more protein-packed? I suspect nothing, and they're just nuts.
