My experience with Jamie Cureton today.

I am day off today. I wake up 6:30am and go to gym, then have dimsum with father, then I go to Causeway Bay by bus, I go to the gym again but just to relax and rest, then at 1pm, I leave gym and slowly walk to Hong Kong Football Club at Sports Road, and want to meet Jamie Cureton, who represent Citibank All Stars, to play in the tournament of HK Soccer 7.

On Twitter we had contact before. We plan to meet at the front door enterance around 1:30pm since I am not sure I can see training or not, as I ask the host for a few times but no reply, the security guard is extremely not friendly and he say my appearence affect their member; nevermind, I have plan B, I try to go to the backdoor and, it's open! Actually there are staffs who are working hard to set up the boards, fanzone, other issues. They are shocked about my appearence and perhaps they think I am one of the people who work in there too!

At 2pm I see my friend slowly working from the bar, in front of me! Jamie looked great and fit even he is a year older than me, with him it's Darren Byfield and he is a nice chap too! He read Jamie's tweet so he knows about me too. I and Jamie have a briet chat about his season with Farnborough FC, his future in football and nor football, the past Norwich manager, the lone striker formation, also his iphone screen is nearly broken and he struggle to replace it! We have a nice 10 minutes talk, he and the players training, and I even manager to watch a close door friendly between Citi All Stars vs Marseille U23, the final score is 3:2 and Jamie scored the goal to tie the game at 1:1. I say Goodbye to Jamie at 3:45pm, but will see him tomorrow. I go back home by bus and return to work early tomorrow.

Anyway at least I will see Jamie twice before he fly back to England.
