Supposed to connect broadband yesterday, didn't turn up. No contact/courtesy call. I had to call them to find out what's happening, they say they can't connect me for 6-8 weeks. Meanwhile my current contract (TalkTalk) has been cancelled. Virgin suggest I get a 'dongle' and they will reimburse. What a shambles. Any suggestions Wrath of wisdom?
