In my view all we need is a decent coach, we've got good players already

If he can set the team up properly and pick up a couple of decent defenders then he will do better than Neil managed.

But yes its hopefully a good sign that when Wagner was in charge of that side they were fighting relegation and he took over the same side and seems to have improved them significantly.
