Doesn't really matter. It's all relative. The other 19 clubs

also get 100 million. The differentiator is the additional wealth of the owner. Yeah Norwich can buy a 20 million pound striker but Southampton can get a 50 million player.
Same dilemma as last time we went up. Thought we were in the cash but couldn't compete with richer clubs for players we wanted. It comes down to being smarter with the money you do have and I'm tremendously optimistic that Webber is the guy to bring that.
