yes and i still shudder at the thought today.. let me explain

many moons ago it might have been the late 60's early 70's a mate of mine was given a boomarang from someone who had made the trip to Australia

after sometime we were getting ok till one of us gave it one all mighty throw and we watched it disappear and then start to turn return only this time the arc was a lot bigger and it disappeared over the boundary wall into the main road , the road that lots of people cars and buses used luckily it was the late 60's early 70's not as many cars or buses as today and no one was hurt or injured , but today that is a very very busy road and had it happened today somebody would have got really hurt

As i said i still shudder today when i think of it
