I didn't know about this thread but would be interested in what others have posted

Ask and you shall receive...sarcastic replies on the Wrath. Or help if anyone can be arsed. I am that arse. That lovely little rounded arse. Mmm...
Credit first to Azteca for finding the 'Focus on' link in the first place:
You know them Q&A's in magazines they used to ask footballers?

Then to BWoD for using her coaxing teachyness to encourage many Wrathers to chip in with their answers over the last three days and also obviously for thinking of opening it up to the Wrath community in the first place. Her 'Focus on Wrathers' template:

Apologies to anyone that buried theirs within a political thread or whatever that I then skimmed past when scouring for entries. I recommend chaining any new responses under this post but I'm one of very few that do the old scrolly-scrolly thing these days and post under old threads as the day wears on. Maybe tag on any Q&As I did miss though as at least this would then be a comprehensive compilation to date.
...Aaand finally:
NAME: Alex
BIRTHPLACE: Chelmsford [another one for BWoD's collection of non-Norwichers: I class myself as East Anglian, as born in Essex, lived with dad in Bocking Churchstreet (just outside Braintree, Essex), lived with grandparents in East Harling, Norfolk, raised with mum & schooled in Lowestoft, Suffolk, moved to Norwich, Norfolk in 2003]
BIRTH MONTH: June (the best month) [the day after BWoD/fixture list release/longest day & at start of last star sign of school year & same day as Kevin Bond]
CAR: never owned one [just me & Mark Barham - off-of the Super Focus, not the Wrather; no need, I love walking&biking and Norwich is small enough]
FAVOURITE PLAYER: past: Gunn, present: Wessi, future: Pritchard
MOST MEMORABLE MATCH: 2nd April 2016, Wensum Albion vs Heartsease Athletic, Norwich & District Saturday League Division 2, won 5-2, left-back sub for Wensum, scored 2nd for 2-2, corner on hour mark knocked down to me, took a touch to control, struck with outside of my left boot, three deflections off the defenders & keeper, top left corner, pandemonium, only my fifth goal in approaching 150 games for the Albion, Man of the Match, won the league having needed a draw, only league win to date in my 'career'
BIGGEST THRILL: super-sex multi-passing team ghoul at Wembley
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: that I didn't make it at least a division higher into the Anglian Comb (too old now at approaching 38)
BEST COUNTRY VISITED: England
MISC LIKES: obsessive compulsive disorder when it's positive if trivial s**te like this that I get stuck into
MISC DISLIKES: obsessive compulsive disorder when it's stopping me from functioning as a sane human being (and no, I don't count being up at 4am in that). And depression. Depression is a b***h. No. I am depression's b***h. And insomnia's whore.
FAVOURITE TV SHOWS: currently: Taskmaster (9pm, Dave, tonight - Tuesday), quiz-wise: Pointless, music-wise: TotP1983&counting
FAVOURITE MUSIC: instrumental hip-hop; I'm currently listening to this 'radio station' stream whilst I do my 'homework': User Posted Link & 90s Golden Era hip-hop, house, drum'n'bass, techno, dub (the Jamaican, echo-chamber kind), post-punk thanks to TotP re-runs from my pre-school days, lo-fi weird s**t, ska (both original & British revival), indie, rock, electronica, blues, early heavy metal, the good side of prog/folk/jazz, FUNK man, how could I forget the funk?! New s**t, old s**t, good s**t, head-nodders, toe-tappers, soul-slappers, music means motion maaaan...
FAVOURITE ACTORS: Neil Maskell & Michael Smiley spring to mind (Kill List with those two as the leads - woah dude!); I can identify with dark & brooding, curious & menacing, understated & off-kilter, unnerving & unhinged
BIGGEST DRAG IN FOOTBALL: arseholes ruining games in Saturday League, all the usual s**te that's wrong with the modern game; would you believe the youth think it's acceptable to dive in f**king district league games for f**ks sake?! Don't get me started, in my day you'd be laughed off the pitch etc etc etc...
PERSONAL AMBITION: to find some useful purpose with my existence, to not hate myself quite so much, to stop wasting my life away, to do the things I love even if it still gets me nowhere...
WHICH PERSON IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO MEET?: someone who is willing to employ me in a regular paid position in a job that isn't soul destroying... ...This has taken a dark turn for the worst (which I feared it would when contemplating my answers whilst reading others), so I'll try and end on a more upbeat note: Mitchell Dijks, because he's super-sex, the spit of QotSA's Mikey Shoes who is also super-sex, plus I could possibly learn a thing or two about being an attacking but strong left-back. We could have a super-sex full-back sandwich with Ivo Pinto, who is also dreamy.
...And some of the Qs BWoD missed off from the 'Focus on' archives:
HEIGHT: 5'10"
WEIGHT: 11' (plus a few pounds extra - half a stone too much when slack)
PREVIOUS CLUBS: 4th Lowestoft St Margaret's Cub Scouts, Corton Old Boys, Corton Seltic Reserves (sic), Stanford Arms, Waveney Youth Reserves, O'Reilly's, The Havelock, Reflections Members Club, The Griffin, Wensum Albion, The Cottage Veterans, Wensum Albion Old Boys
MARRIED: no, live-in partner since 2003, neither interested in marriage (feminist, anti-consumerist, couldn't give a f**k about keeping up with the Joneses or 'traditions' or peer pressure)
CHILDREN: none, unfortunately (Jaffa)
HOME: one-bed, early Victorian mid-terrace, NR3 representing
NICKNAME: I'm a ginger, bearded, balding, loner loser out-of-towner who doesn't fit in with the norms, so I've been called everything under the sun from school age onwards, whether affectionate or most certainly not, so take your pick...
FAVOURITE OTHER TEAM: hahahaha! I like to see Lowestoft do well, but could never bring myself to shout 'come on you Blues!' when watching them as it just didn't feel right. Soft spot for many small teams especially those I've managed on SWoS/Champ Man/FM but NEVER a second team. Oh, apart from England. They came before Norwich for me.
TEAM YOU SUPPORTED AS A BOY: if I'd lived with my dad any longer I would've been Spurs - imagine that. We moved to Lowestoft and I met my old, City supporting, best mate literally just after the Friendly Final so I missed out on that and he was still busy showing me season review vids & testing my City knowledge via Panini stickers before I really accepted them as my own, so I kind of slept through the high times of the late 80s/early 90s & Europe. My earliest World Cup memories are 1990 and I was definitely full-on England from then on. I can remember having a pen with a spring loaded football cap that I loved that had been bought for me on our Spanish family holiday in the late 80s - trouble was it had Diego Maradona's signature along the side so I got stick for that without realising why (I grew up with a sport loathing mother & big sister).
MOST DIFFICULT OPPONENT: any tricky winger half my age
SUPERSTITIONS: more of a ritual homage to Bryan Gunn, but whenever playing in goal I'll always smack each crossbar before the half starts (not with my head); it serves as a good test of ropey crossbars on s**tty high school pitches
FAVOURITE FOOD: nutty, spicy, big portions, chipy-chips from Eric @Mega Munch/Sea World
FAVOURITE NEWSPAPER: Twitter trending - and the Wrath of course
FAVOURITE OTHER SPORTS: road cycling, pool, darts, snooker, I'll dip in and out of all sorts of others
FAVOURITE OTHER SPORTS PERSON: Vincenzo Nibali if he can do it for Michele Scarponi in the Giro... :(
YOUR BEST EVER ALL TIME XI: my Saturday side last season (2015-16) and my current vets side is shaping into something formidable; historically Stanford Arms on a Saturday & Waveney Youth Reserves on a Sunday in the Lowestoft & District both had good spells
FRIENDLIEST AWAY FANS: the UEA A away sideline are usually quite respectable
BEST STADIUM PLAYED IN: Carrow Road, twice, once for Forces2Canaries, once for Wensum
BEST FILM SEEN RECENTLY: Mindhorn last week at Cinema City
FAVOURITE ACTIVITY ON DAY OFF: sleeping
PRE-MATCH MEAL: soup
HOBBIES: wasting time, verbosity, minute detail, irrelevant s**t, tangents, getting over excited over silly things, putting myself down, wallowing in self pity, mood swings
BEST FRIEND: I'm my own worst enemy. My partner for putting up with my s**t for so long
JOB OR TRADE BEFORE TURNING PRO:(fessional layabout) fork-lift truck driver & machine operator
BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON 'CAREER': not wanting hereditary arthritis in both knees mean I can't continue to compete, especially after seeing what's it done to my parents' bodies
'CAREER' AFTER PLAYING: road cyclist & smug runner and eventually walking footballer once I'm 55+
CLUB HONOURS: a couple of league runners-up medals that came well before the recent league title & a cup winners & runners-up medals, personally several 'Clubman' trophies & a reserves manager's PotY
INTERNATIONAL HONOURS: one long haul flight to Vegas & back with my schoolmates for our 30ths, laaads staaag in Amsterdam, trips with partner to Scotland, Ireland & Wales, family holidays in France, Portugal & Spain, school trip to Germany
AMBITION FOR 2017-18: clock-off three grounds that would even out mine & my partner's lists & one other club in a ground move re-visit, plus a few more all-new ones as we close in on the hallowed 92 (currently 79 & 78 for her)
PROFESSIONAL AMBITION: to see Norwich lift the FA Cup at Wembley
IF YOU WEREN'T A FOOTBALLER WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'D BE? a pretend dj, obviously
