Haha!

Nope, but happened to a former boss of mine..... told to clear his desk and go on gardening leave - took 2 months for him to officially leave - we all heard through the grape vine for he didnt resign and take a decent package he'd be sacked and actually given nothing as they could have him on a disciplinary..... made sense for him to go quickly and quietly and suited the company as minimal PR (the guy had been there 30 years and drove a company top level car - and he must have been on 80plus)

I also heard a rumour they gave him 6 months salary to go....
