Talking about the corporate speak down the board....

Today I found out that on Monday and Tuesday, we have to go to a team building day with all the other site based staff from other mines in the area that are owned by our company. It's 2 days of 'Field Leadership" training.

I can assure you that we do not need to spend 2 days of sucking the teat of our corporate overlords to learn how to do something that we already do every day, and something that only takes about 3 minutes to perform.
