He's too stern for my liking. And he's not been exciting enough.

We've had some great wins under him - but we did under SAN. We've also lost badly though to Villa, Huddersfield and Fulham. It didn't really seem like progress to me and that's the bit I'm more concerned about.

I want the new Paul Lambert and I don't think it's Irvine.
