Don't think this situation would have happened under McNally.

I know Webber has only been here a little while but hopefully he learns from the situation.

I fully understand that he is waiting for other things to happen but that's no excuse to treat the backroom staff poorly who have been nothing but loyal.
Why not say we are paying you till August 1st regardless.......
