Question: Think we're gonna switch from BT back to Virgin cos the picture quality is...

...often shocking; OK if watching iPlayer but s**t if watching live - some times it is so pixelated you can't make out anything on the screen..

We keep getting offers from Virgin which seem good (for 12 months), but is it possible when signing up to get even more off?..

Personally I'd prefer to stay with BT but there's no excuse for the picture 'quality' at times...
