I wouldn't want monk either but we aren't getting a "name"who'll work in our new structure

I'll have to see how this all goes when it's in place, but I've got to say I'd rather we kept a traditional manager
I don't like change just because they stuck with the wrong manager,it's not the structure that was wrong, just the personnel
