That depends on what happens in the second half of the equation

My feeling for the last couple of years is that our wage bill has constrained us rather than ability to pay transfer fees.

In fact, I think that has constrained us since Hughton's transfer dealings, the first time we were debt free but also the first time we really pushed our wage bill up a bit.
