TBF Lambert was very clever in mainly getting players 23-25 YO

He knows they are at the right age to be mature and fit.
Clearly some players lose their edge at 28-30, sometimes due to fitness but sometimes due to having too much money and losing the hunger....Look how long Bassong, Lafferty and Turner have sat on their asses collect wages rather than playing..........They should be fighting for a loan deal.......not a peep.
