I know what you are saying but when people say such and such is better as a coach what they usually mean is working with the players on the training field rather than the motivational/selection/tactical/discipline side of things.

I don't think Webber will be involved day to day on that side of things - will still be the "coach" that does that under our new system as I understand it. Webber will just set the direction at a strategic level.
