He bullied those he could and tried it with Lawrie Sanchez who stood up to him. Tries to come across as an intellectual but Sanchez was too clever for him. He used to come out with big words and Sanchez would undermine him by asking what the words meant. The original Crazy gang had no time for him. Also saw the documentary his daughter made about Justin, showed him up as a real bigot.
