My only question about O'Neill, who, by the way, I'd love to see back, is whether he has experience of the whole head coach/director of football set up; and if he does how positive that was for whoever the club in question was...

I think whoever the new man is they must be use to that set up rather that someone who has to take time to be bedded in, as it were...
