WW2 ? Mido sent home from African Nations, and

banned from playing international games for 6 months by the Egyptian FA after an argument with the manager when being taken off in the semi-final (manager vindicated as his replacement scored the winner).

Apparently the conversation, which was broadcast on TV, went:

"Why are you taking me off ?"
"Because I am the manager"
"You are a donkey"
"No, you are a donkey".

What a retort from the gaffer, eh ? Brave to send him home though, but correct in my opinion.
