Got an interview to relocate back home [Essex]. Anyone live in Colchester

any areas to avoid? Good primary schools? Ideally want to be Maldon end of Colchester.

Yes. I'm a current resident. Lexden, Prettygate and Stanway are best areas to live.

My parents live in Tiptree which is Maldon side.
