PM: CB41 Back from the Gig

Davy and Leo on top form (Anthony excellent on sax too). For Cambridge they opened with Exhilarating Sadness and Red Cortina - two of my original favourites so after that they could do no wrong. Good packed venue singing along most of the time. (To win ju-ust once ; White walls and the grass is green etc.). Plenty of banter from Leo - including his thanks for our hospitality as they had come over all the way from "Europe".
Lots of greatest hits and favourites, although understandably not the novelty song Chips which I much enjoyed the first time I heard it at their gig in Watford on the night of our away Play Off semi final against Wolves. Leo paid for my car park ticket that night but that's another story............
