He's hardly failed in the same way though has he? Leeds have very few

players who would get in our team and yet he has had them, as a unit, operating more effectively than us. I think they have over performed generally this season even if they do end up 7th.

I wouldn't be unhappy with Monk and as it would appear there would be no compo i'd suggest its an option we are probably looking at very closely!
