My (more serious) impression is that the fan base is ageing

If I had any influence at the club I would recommend strategies to re-engage da local yoof innit blud.

Some low-hanging fruit:

- (much) cheaper U18 tickets (maybe discount an accompanying adult too??) and more heavily discounted U21/student tickets
- increased outreach to local schools: train with Wes, swear at your mates with Naismith, whatever - followed up with (say) 100 free tickets for the school just visited at the next home game. Maybe a little reception in the Gunn Club after the game. Rinse and repeat round local schools.
- (much) better comms around community activities, and increase same
- send the players clubbing and make a thing of it with the club in question
- can you nut John Ruddy before he nuts you? Mousehold Heath every other Tuesday night
