For anyone interested one of my work colleagues was at the Webber chat last night

Very confident could be mistaken for arrogance.
Biggest area lacking at club is identity all the way through from footballing areas to general staff
If he had choice of any manager in the world even unrealistically it would be Klopp
Our new HC was there last night?!
HC makes choice of players but he will be given list he chooses from from Webber recruitment team
The team will play a very specific way and it will not / cannot change even if things aren't working.
Few other bits & pieces.
Finally I'm very fortunate to have diary date to meet him along with 7/8 others early May.
