To be fair everything he said is pretty much correct but....

the good managers are able to spot a lot of that stuff and make changes.
Maybe he will learn from the experience.

One quote was pretty interesting.

"We didn't have enough consistency. This group has more technical quality than the last group, but I'm not sure it's as resilient"
