Maddison is a very very talented player. However he was often a substitute at Aberdeen and is still developing. He has two of the finest playmakers in the league ahead of him in wes and Pritchard. Really not sure he could or should have featured more than he has. Getting him a loan and game time is not a stick to beat Alex Neil with
