...Sat league finished with my injury game last week and I skipped the final pre-booked midweek training sesh, so if I also skip the final vets game Sunday week then it'll be a good bit more than two week's rest.
Running/cycling/walking-wise is another matter. A run will ran this week come what may. Only 5K and at a much lighter pace of at least 8:30min/mi if not nearer 9. Can't break an unbroken weekly run/ride activity chain going back to my 35th birthday, three summers ago. Plus I need to gradually push it back into full strength. I'm not Matt Jarvis, you know...
