FAO pants

Do you experience that energy advice email as pushy ? Would be interested to see the wording. Seriously not judging but honestly have a little influence on that particular company (and their sister companies across Europe within their holding company) with regard to their customer perception at the moment so interested in how you perceived the email. I know for sure that the way they intend it to come across is advice but the way it is. Do a pm about how it made you feel and how you think it might be done better.
