Delia is quite compliant I reckon when someone that knows their s**t tells her what to do

Like when mcnally got shot of Gunn for example. And other mcnally decisions like hughton going.

If Webber has come in and said right this is how it is, I think she goes with it.

Without a strong leader pointing her in the right direction though we seem to end up with the dilly dallying approach we saw for long periods when doomcaster was involved and also a bit last season when moxey was here
