Passing a CRB/DBS doesn't mean you're "safe" - just that you haven't been caught yet

As a time-served school governor and volunteer with kids' mental health charidees (and therefore checked Very Regularly Indeed) this has become all too clear. There's this guy I'm just convinced is dodgy but absolutely f**k all I can do about it. Other than hover like a hawk any time he and I are on site at the same time but he'd never do anything while I or any other adult was there anyway. He's dodgy (or so I'm certain) but not completely stupid.
